JAMIS e-timecard is an online time reporting application that allows more prompt and accurate record keeping than traditional paper time cards. It is built around a user-friendly interface that leads you through the time entry process.
You create time cards using a web browser. To access e-timecard via the Internet, you must have either Internet Explorer 6.0 and above or Firefox 2.0 and above, and you must disable pop-up blocking for the e-timecard website. You also need to have JavaScript enabled.
e-timecard lets you:
record hours worked on a daily basis
look up active jobs
validate cost elements and other codes immediately
submit time records online
use electronic signatures
e-timecard also lets authorized users:
approve time cards
mass enter time cards as a group timekeeper
view missing time cards as a payroll administrator
