If you are an authorized group timekeeper, then you may be able to do one or both of the following, depending on your security setup.
Enter time cards for employees who are unable or unavailable to enter their own time records. These time cards must still go through the electronic approval cycle.
Enter hours from pre-approved paper time cards as a payroll or time-keeping administrator. When you enter a pre-approved time card in e-timecard, the system automatically considers it approved.
Although you must indicate whether you want to enter an unapproved or pre-approved time card when you select a time card for mass entry, the procedures for selecting and entering these different types of time cards are otherwise identical.
To mass enter time cards, perform the following tasks in the order shown.
