If you are authorized to approve time cards online using JAMIS e-timecard, then your e-timecard administrator sets you up as an approver, and the application presents you with approval options in addition to options for your own time cards.
As an authorized e-timecard approver, you can:
Approve and reject time cards.
Create time cards for absent employees.
Change employee time cards (if your company setup allows this).
Update employee personal job lists.
You must approve or reject time cards for all employees under your approval authority. e-timecard will not allow an employee to approve his or her own time card unless that employee is a designated self-approver.
