To review:
A current time card—Simply review it when it opens automatically after you log in.
A time card other than the current one—Follow the instructions for selecting a different time card period.
An archived time card—Follow steps 1 through 5 for correcting archived time cards.
A time card in display-only format—Click the View Time Card tab. This tab shows the exact same data as the Edit Time Card tab, except that you cannot edit it. To select a job line to view data for it in the Extra Information area, click to the right of the job line. All other navigation functions—such as switching weeks, changing pages, and viewing comments—are the same as in the Edit Time Card tab.
Time card details sorted by jobs charged to—Click the View Report tab. The overview at the top of the screen includes your name, ID, and department; time card status; time card period dates; hour totals for regular, premium, and the time card period; and comments that you've entered for the entire time card. Then, you can see a list of all jobs that you've charged to on the time card, including daily and period hour totals, followed by extra information and any comments that you've entered for each job.
A time card summary sorted by jobs and pay codes charged to—Click the View Summary tab. You can view the total of time card hours by job in the left section of the screen, and by pay code in the upper-right section. The lower-right section shows you totals for recognition pay and for the entire time card.
Changes to any time card—Follow the instructions for reviewing changes to time cards.
