Follow these instructions to log in to e-timecard.
If this is your first time logging in to e-timecard, find out how to log in for the first time.
To log in to e-timecard
Access your Internet browser and enter the URL for the e-timecard web application. The e-timecard Login screen appears.
Enter your ID.
Enter your password.
Find out what to do if you forgot your password.
Enter your company. If there is only one company, then e-timecard fills it in automatically, and you can't change it.
In the Go to dropdown list, select from the following options. Depending on your administrator's settings in your profile, all options may not be available.
Enter a time card to work on time cards and automatically open your current one.
Approve time cards to approve and review employee time cards.
Mass enter time cards to enter time cards for other employees.
Hint: If a Remember check box appears on the Login screen, you can click it to have e-timecard remember your login information. This means that you won't have to reenter this information every time you log in, as long as you use the same computer. Your administrator's settings determine whether e-timecard remembers your password along with your other login information.
If you decide that you no longer want e-timecard to remember your login information, simply uncheck Remember.
Do one of the following for the Full screen mode check box.
Leave it at the default of checked on. In this mode, you can resize the browser window, but whenever you access the Login screen or click Login, the window returns to maximize size.
If you turn the Full screen mode check box off, you can resize the browser window and keep it that way. If you return to the Login screen or click Login, the window remains at the custom size that you chose.
Click Login.
If a message appears after you click Login that tells you to change your password, find out how to change your password when e-timecard prompts you.
In the steps that follow, we assume that you selected Enter a time card from the Go to dropdown list.
If this is the first time that you have opened this time card, and if the Copy Previous Time Card screen appears with jobs from your previous, submitted time card, click the check box for each job that you want to copy to the new time card, or click the top check box to select all jobs. Click Continue.
The Time Card screen appears with your time card for the current period. If this is the first time that you have opened this time card, either a blank time card opens, or jobs copied from the previous time card automatically appear on the new time card.
You are ready to enter your time card.
