Reviewing changes and late information


Whether you make changes to a time card before or after you submit it, you can review the changes if your company requires you to select reason codes for time card changes. If your time card contains any changes with associated reason codes, then the Change History button appears above the job lines.

Once you’ve recorded a change and reason, you cannot alter the reason. You must enter another change with the appropriate reason code. e-timecard stores each change separately. You can, however, change the reason code's associated explanation if there is one by following the instructions for entering comments.

If your company requires you to select reason codes for late time card entries and/or late submits, then you can also review information about these.

To review time card changes, late entry information, or late submit information

  1. If you want to review information for the current time card, simply log in and that time card automatically appears. If you want to review information for a different time card, follow the steps for selecting a different time card period.

  2. Click one of the following buttons from any of the time card view tabs.

  1. If desired, click Print to print a hard copy of the change or late information for your time card.

  2. When you are finished reviewing the information, click Close to return to the Time Card screen.
