Integrating employee earning codes with JAMIS

You import JAMIS master data by using the Import from JAMIS program. The program builds only payroll earning codes by using the PREDEDFI file.

Warning: If e-timecard is integrated with JAMIS, then the program automatically overwrites the employee earning codes during each import. Make sure that you make any permanent changes to employee payroll earning codes in JAMIS.

Each time that you run the import from JAMIS, you determine whether to retain or overwrite the employee earning codes’ default jobs/cost elements.
