To enter labor data
On the Time Card screen, do one of the following on the first blank line to enter a job.
Select a job from the dropdown list.
To select multiple jobs from your personal list to add to multiple lines, select Add Multiple from the Job dropdown list.
If the job that you are looking for is not in the dropdown list, and the list shows a Search option, you can select it to look up a job.
To type the job, select Manual Entry from the Job dropdown list.
Select a pay code from the dropdown list, or select Search to look up the code if you don't see the one that you are looking for. To use the default pay code, simply accept the code that e-timecard inserts when you enter a job.
Enter your hours under the correct day for this job.
If your company’s setup lets you make entries in any of the following fields in the Extra Information area, type the correct code or click to the right of the field to look it up.
work order
cost element
contract labor category (CTLC)
org9
location
special pay code and amount
To enter additional jobs, repeat from step 1.
When you finish entering all hours, click Save.
Then, when you are done entering labor data for the period, submit your time card.
