Time card review and email

e-timecard provides you with two tools to assist you before you run the export from e-timecard to either JAMIS or to a third-party payroll module.

• Email notifications provides time card status information to employees and approvers.

• Review time cards provides information for the e-timecard administrator or payroll administrator.

Prior to running the export, you may want to use either or both of these options.
