To do this...
Perform these steps...
Move between fields.
Do one of the following.

Press Tab to move right and Shift+Tab to move left.

Use the scroll arrow buttons to move up, down, left, or right.

Click in the new field with the mouse.
Look up data for a field (cost elements, etc.).
Click 
to the right of the field that you want to look up.
Sort by a specific column.
Click the column heading to sort in ascending order. You will see an 
ascending arrow appear to the right of it.
Click the column heading again to sort in descending order. You will see a 
descending arrow appear to the right of it.
