When you log in to JAMIS Administration for the first time, you ask JAMIS to email you a temporary password. Once you receive this temporary password, you can use it to gain access to the system and create a new, secret password that only you know.
To log in to JAMIS Administration for the first time
Access your Internet browser and enter the URL for the JAMIS Administration web application. The JAMIS Administration Login screen appears.
You can enter your ID and company if you wish.
Click Are you a first-time user?. The Request Password screen appears.
If you entered your ID and company on the Login screen, then JAMIS fills them in here. If you did not already enter this information, enter it now.
Click OK. JAMIS creates a temporary password and sends it to the email address in your user profile.
Once you obtain the temporary password from the email, return to the Login screen, as described in step 1 above.
Enter your ID, the temporary password, and your company.
Click Login. Follow the remaining steps for changing your password when JAMIS prompts you.
