Deleting dates from holiday schedules
You can delete any date from the holiday schedule if needed.
Caution: You cannot delete a date if an employee who uses the holiday schedule has already created a time card containing that date.
To delete dates from a holiday schedule
From the JAMIS Administration home page > Setup tab, under Time Card Setup, click Holiday schedules. Or, from the top of any JAMIS Administration screen, click Time Card Setup > Holiday Schedules. The Holiday Schedules screen appears, displaying all of your company’s holiday schedules.
If needed, scroll to find the holiday schedule from which you want to delete a date. JAMIS displays the records in ascending order by holiday schedule. You can sort the list differently by clicking the appropriate column heading once or twice.
Click Edit to the left of the holiday schedule from which you want to delete a date. JAMIS lists the holiday schedule date records in the bottom section of the screen.
If needed, scroll to find the date record that you want to delete. JAMIS displays the records in ascending order by date. You can sort the list differently by clicking the appropriate column heading once or twice.
Click Delete to the left of the date that you want to delete. A message asks you to confirm that you want to delete this date.
Click OK to commit your deletion.
To delete another date from this holiday schedule, repeat from step 4.
To delete a date from another holiday schedule, click Back, then repeat from step 2.
