Administrator emails employees from the View Missing Time Cards screen


e-timecard lets administrators send email from the View Missing Time Cards screen.

The administrator can select one or more employees who have missing time cards from the list, then click Email Selected. An email window opens with a default message in the following format.

From: <administrator’s email address from the employee master>

To: <administrator’s email address from the employee master>

Bcc: <email address from employee master of each employee selected>

Subject: (message ET8260) Missing time card (the administrator can change this before sending the email)

email body:

(message ET8265) Missing time card message text. (the administrator can change this before sending the email)
