Running the current pre-authorization requests report

You can run a report that shows data for all of the current pre-authorization requests that your employees have entered in e-xpense.

To run the current pre-authorization requests report

1. From the JAMIS Administration home page > Daily Processes tab, under Reports, click Current pre-authorization requests. Or, from the top of any JAMIS Administration screen, click Reports > Current Pre-Authorization Requests. The Current Pre-Authorization Requests screen appears, displaying data for all of your company's current pre-authorization requests.

2. For each pre-authorization request, you can see the employee name, request number, request description, dollar amount, advance amount, request status, and from and through dates.
