If you forgot your password, you can ask JAMIS to email you a new, temporary one. Once you receive this temporary password, you can use it to gain access to the system and create a new, secret password that only you know.
To log in to JAMIS Administration when you forgot your password
Access your Internet browser and enter the URL for the JAMIS Administration web application. The JAMIS Administration Login screen appears.
You can enter your ID and company if you wish.
Click Did you forget your password?. The Request Password screen appears.
If you entered your ID and company on the Login screen, then JAMIS fills them in here. If you did not already enter this information, enter it now.
Click OK. JAMIS creates a temporary password and sends it to the email address in your user profile.
Note: Once you ask JAMIS to create a new, temporary password, your old password becomes disabled. This means even if you remember your old password, you can no longer use it to log in.
Once you obtain the temporary password from the email, return to the Login screen, as described in step 1 above.
Enter your ID, the temporary password, and your company.
Click Login. Follow the remaining steps for changing your password when JAMIS prompts you.
